Cassie concentrates on strategic business relationships, with a focus on helping clients define, develop, and execute successful solutions for their Human Resources, People & Culture, Talent Acquisition and Human Capital Development needs. Cassie has 17+ years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition and consulting.
Dependable, trustworthy, and focused, with comprehensive experience in diverse corporate, small business, union and family-owned settings in industries including hospitality, utility, childcare, marketing, manufacturing, technology, real estate, professional services and construction. Cassie is perceptive and secure ability to navigate complicated situations and organizational development and planning, having strong negotiating skills and business acumen.
Experience and endeavors encompass union, non-union, small, medium and large group and organizational management with diverse work groups. Experienced in consultation, administration, management, directorial and multi- property and in-house disciplines. ReThink HR is adaptable and able to thrive in a diverse work setting.
We are at our best when we do what we love. My energy comes from learning and sharing with deep interpersonal relationships. Quickly understanding what makes the individual or the organization tick allows me to assess and provide creative solutions. Away from ReThink HR, I replenish and refuel with two vibrant kiddos, a Great Dane named Pepper and Abby the Tabby.

Many years of successful talent acquisition and client development, Beth is a true connector of people and opportunities in many industries including Tech, Professional Services Consulting, Consumer Packaged Goods, Energy and Healthcare. From full cycle talent acquisition to client management and business development, she brings a relatable and highly creative approach and commitment to assure you have the tools and talent to deliver excellence.
Beth holds a bachelor’s in Communication and Psychology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. When she isn’t with the team and clients, she is at her easel enjoying her passion for painting! Even more, she relishes time with her husband, kids, and Goldendoodle Ziggy outside of Boston, until summertime in Maine, home away from home.
Kristen Weldon is local photographer who loves capturing moments in time and forever preserving them in pictures. She is our our “go to” for headshots and styled shoots for business and organizations. She has taken photography courses in shooting and editing, posing, flash photography, and lighting. She photographs weddings, families, and events locally and around the northeast (and loves a good adventure!)
